Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Peter Piper Plumbing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our website and services.
Plumbing Services
Peter Piper Plumbing provides professional residential and commercial plumbing services throughout the Upstate South Carolina area, including but not limited to drain cleaning, leak detection, water and sewer line repair, water heater service, fixture installation, and emergency plumbing repair.
While we strive to deliver the highest quality of service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or exact completion timelines, as plumbing issues may vary in complexity and unforeseen conditions may arise during the course of work. All estimates are provided in good faith based on initial assessment.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services are available 24/7 and may carry additional charges for after-hours or holiday calls.
Licensing and Compliance
Peter Piper Plumbing is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in accordance with all applicable state and local plumbing codes and licensing requirements in South Carolina. All work is performed to meet or exceed current building codes and industry standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any required permits have been obtained prior to commencement of work, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Liability
Peter Piper Plumbing shall not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to deteriorated pipes, corroded fittings, or other plumbing infrastructure issues discovered during the course of service. We will inform you of any such conditions and provide recommendations for repair. Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed upon in writing or by verbal confirmation.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Peter Piper Plumbing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any quoted price will be honored for the agreed-upon scope of work.
